Tom Turnbull
Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Turnbull brings a wealth of entrepreneurial, business and legal experience to SplashCast. Most recently, Tom headed up new business development at Knowledge Learning Corporation, one of the largest for profit education companies in the world. At KLC, Tom was responsible for launching a new business line that generated $18MM in its initial year.

Mr. Turnbull also headed up business development for Internet Brands, Inc. At IBI, Mr. Turnbull negotiated and implemented a wide range of partnerships related to IBI’s CarsDirect.com website with companies such as Yahoo! and MSN. Mr. Turnbull was also a key member of the product development team that developed new revenue sources.

Mr. Turnbull also headed up new business development for the new media group at the Los Angeles Times. He was 10th employee at BizBuyer.com, a start-up company that grew to 250 employees. Tom also was Consulting Manager at Andersen Worldwide and an associate attorney at a Northwest based law firm.

Mr. Turnbull holds an M.B.A. from New York University, a J.D. from the University of Washington and a B.A. from the University of Puget Sound.
