Kim Ramage brings 10 years worth of entrepreneurship, training and project management skills to SplashCast.

Prior to SplashCast, she was a founder of QMIND, Inc., where she was responsible for a range of training and corporate responsibilities as the company grew to include top-tier customers in markets as diverse as consumer electronics and networking infrastructure. Ms. Ramage's expertise in instructional design and project management processes has afforded her participation in many facets of the corporate training arena from individual coaching to management of national scale e-learning implementations.

Prior to QMIND, Ms. Ramage was a founding member of Kaiser Permanente's national e-learning development team and led the program management team.
